Sustainable Building Services (UK) Ltd & Group of Companies is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead a major systems transformation and shape our hiring future at the Skelmersdale HQ. This office-based role requires a proactive, tech-savvy recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment and drive change across multiple brands.

You will implement and launch our ATS, train managers, oversee onboarding, and provide data-driven market insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment experience, in-house or agency.
• Experience implementing an ATS platform.
• Experience with onboarding processes and compliance checks.
• Tech-savvy with HR systems and recruitment metrics.
• Strong change-management and stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilités

• Lead ATS implementation across the group, configuring workflows and migrating data.
• Deliver group-wide training to hiring managers for high adoption and compliance.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle across SBS, Permarock, SES, and SST.
• Oversee onboarding journeys with pre-employment checks and induction programs.
• Engage with leadership to align recruitment with group needs and market insights.
