UKAS is seeking a highly organised Talent Acquisition Lead to join the Talent & HR team. You will support recruitment end-to-end from vacancy approval through onboarding, coordinating interviews, adverts and candidate communications while maintaining accurate records and reporting.

The role emphasizes process accuracy, candidate experience and collaboration with hiring managers and external agencies. A hybrid schedule is available, based at UKAS head office in Staines-upon-Thames.

Formación

• Experience in administration, HR support, recruitment coordination or a similar support role.
• Highly organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Clear, professional communication with candidates, colleagues and stakeholders.
• Pride in delivering accurate administration and a positive candidate experience.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable with recruitment/HR systems.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinating interviews, room bookings, virtual meeting links and candidate communications
• Supporting the creation, posting and administration of job adverts and candidate responses
• Maintaining accurate recruitment records, ATS updates and hiring documentation
• Liaising with hiring managers, HR colleagues, candidates and external agencies to arrange recruitment activity
• Preparing recruitment reports, hiring updates and onboarding information
• Providing a professional, inclusive and responsive candidate experience
