Sustainable Building Services (UK) Ltd is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to lead our internal recruitment lifecycle from Skelmersdale HQ. This permanent, office-based role will own the implementation and embedding of a new ATS across the group, shaping hiring practices and improving onboarding processes.

You will partner with senior leaders to understand needs, deliver data-driven insights, and drive system adoption while maintaining compliance and a strong candidate experience.

Qualifikationen

• End-to-end recruitment experience, gained in agency or in-house environments.
• Hands-on onboarding process management and compliance checks.
• Experience implementing, configuring, or launching an ATS platform.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end internal recruitment lifecycle across group companies.
• Configure and launch ATS with vendors, migrate data, map processes.
• Deliver HR system training and ensure high adoption and compliance.
• Oversee onboarding journey, pre-employment screening and induction programs.
• Engage stakeholders with data-driven market insights across SBS and group brands.
