Job summary

Insite Energy is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to drive our recruitment strategy across field-based and office teams. You’ll own end-to-end hiring, strengthen our employer brand, and shape early careers initiatives from apprenticeships to graduates.

This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on activity in a hybrid UK environment. You’ll partner with leaders to build pipelines, improve recruitment practices, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience aligned with our

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in-house recruitment.
• Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle independently.
• Strong direct sourcing experience, including attracting candidates into specialist or hard-to-fill roles.
• Experience working across diverse workforces, including field-based, office-based and hybrid employees.
• Experience managing apprenticeship and/or graduate programmes.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation, GDPR and recruitment compliance requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment reporting tools.
• Strong analytical capability with experience using recruitment data to inform decisions.
• A proactive, self-driven approach with the confidence to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of end-to-end recruitment across field-based and office-based teams.
• Lead campaigns from vacancy brief through to offer acceptance.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality, hard-to-find talent.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to improve recruitment capability and best practices.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience aligned with our values.
