Job summary

The United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) is seeking a highly organised Talent Acquisition Lead to join our growing Talent & HR team. You will support the recruitment process from vacancy approval through onboarding, ensuring accuracy, candidate focus and timely activity.

Based at our head office in Staines-upon-Thames with a hybrid schedule, this full-time role requires you to coordinate interviews, postings, documentation and reports while maintaining a positive candidate experience

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, HR support, recruitment coordination or a similar role.
• Highly organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Communicates clearly and professionally with candidates, colleagues and stakeholders.
• Delivers accurate administration and a positive candidate experience.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable with recruitment or HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating interviews, room bookings, virtual meeting links and candidate communications.
• Supporting the creation, posting and administration of job adverts and candidate responses.
• Maintaining accurate recruitment records, applicant tracking updates and hiring documentation.
• Liaising with hiring managers, HR colleagues, candidates and external agencies to arrange recruitment activity.
• Preparing recruitment reports, hiring updates and onboarding information when required.
• Providing a professional, inclusive and responsive experience for candidates throughout the process.
