Job description

Talent Acquisition Partner | c£45,000 per annum depending on experience, plus bonus scheme. Based in Sherwood Forest village 3 days a week. As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Center Parcs, you will play a pivotal role in proactively supporting and driving key hiring opportunities to support our company aims in building a more inclusive workforce. We feel the modern Talent Acquisition Partner has evolved beyond traditional recruiting to become more strategic, data-focused, and technology-enabled, serving as a true business partner to the company. Whilst based in one of our Villages, you'll also have the opportunity to lead key projects for the wider company and be part of a community of practice, driving change in our recruiting and onboarding practices.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Strategic Workforce Planning: Collaborating with leadership to understand business goals and translate them into hiring plans that align with company growth strategies.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Proactively identifying and engaging potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, employee referrals).
  • Employer Branding: Developing and maintaining the company's reputation as an employer of choice through content creation, social media presence, and candidate experience.
  • Assessment and Selection: Using data-driven decisions to evaluate candidates, including areas like interviews, assessments, and values-based evaluations.
  • Market Intelligence: Researching industry trends, benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives: Implementing strategies to attract and hire diverse talent while reducing bias in the hiring process.
  • Recruitment Technology Management: Leveraging our ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) ensuring you are.
  • Data Analytics: Tracking and analysing recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) to continuously improve processes.
  • Onboarding Coordination: Working with your People Team to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the company.
Overview Role

Dutch Speaking Talent Acquisition Partner
Type: Ongoing Temporary (minimum 6 months contract)
Location: Hybrid in London or Brighton - 3 days office and 2 days home
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

  • Have a proven track record of building and leading hiring strategies that make a measurable impact on business goals and initiatives.
  • Ability to coach and challenge hiring practices, and to think differently about them.
  • Committed to creating an exceptional experience for every candidate, ensuring fairness and respect throughout the process.
  • Have experience with modern recruitment technology and enjoy experimenting with new tools and ways of working.
  • Comfortable diving into data to understand what's working (and what isn't) in our recruitment process.
  • Have successfully hired for roles ranging up to senior leadership level.
  • Passionate about creating inclusive hiring practices that bring diverse perspectives to teams and driving these initiatives with stakeholders.
  • Skilled at building relationships with passive candidates who may not be actively looking for a role right now.
  • Experience partnering with leadership to forecast talent needs and build pipeline strategies for the future.
