Vision Express is seeking a proactive and collaborative Junior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team on an initial 12 month fixed-term contract. This hybrid role based in Ruddington, Nottingham offers the opportunity to support our recruitment operations and deliver a smooth, engaging experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. You'll be joining a friendly and progressive team of seven, where collaboration is key and variety is guaranteed. We support recruitment across all areas of the business from retail to head office, and we're looking for someone who's happy to roll up their sleeves and get involved in a wide range of recruitment activities.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting hiring managers through the end to end recruitment process (sourcing, screening etc)
  • Updating and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Assisting with candidate communications to ensure a positive and inclusive experience
  • Supporting employer branding initiatives focused on attraction.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience.
