Terberg DTS in Elland is seeking a Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator to manage the full hiring lifecycle, coordinating with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

The role requires strong organisation, communication, and relationship-building skills to support recruitment strategies and deliver excellent candidate journeys. Office-based with no remote work option.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at grade C/4 or equivalent.
• Previous recruitment coordination experience is essential.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from vacancy advertising to onboarding.
• Screen CVs and conduct pre-employment checks.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment activity and hiring progress.
• Support development and delivery of a consistent recruitment strategy.
