Job summary

Terberg DTS is hiring a Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator in Elland to join the HR team. You will coordinate the full hiring process and onboarding, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and helping attract the right talent to support growth.

You will work with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, assessments, and recruitment strategies, while managing multiple vacancies and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and partners.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths (Grade C/4+) or equivalent.
• GCSE English (Grade C/4+) or equivalent.
• Previous recruitment coordination experience.
• Experience using ATS and recruitment software; proficiency with MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from advertising vacancies to onboarding.
• Screen CVs and perform pre-employment checks.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment activity and progress.
• Support development and delivery of a consistent recruitment strategy.
• Work with hiring managers to create job descriptions and assessment criteria.
• Advise managers on recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate job advertising across internal and external channels.
• Maintain relationships with recruitment partners and manage costs.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate assessments.
• Act as main point of contact for candidates during recruitment.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout.
