Job summary

Confidential is seeking an In-House Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring, collaborating with managers to attract high-quality candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

You will handle descriptions, job postings, screenings, interviews, offers, onboarding and compliance checks, including DBS and references. Strong IT skills and an organised, proactive approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous HR experience in an office setting.
• Excellent IT skills (MS Word, Excel) and familiarity with common HR software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organised, reliable and flexible with attention to detail.
• Team player who adheres to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Complete end-to-end recruitment for roles across the business.
• Prepare job descriptions and post adverts on job boards, LinkedIn and internal channels.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial phone/video interviews.
• Maintain candidate communication and provide timely feedback.
• Oversee onboarding: offer letters, contracts and new starter forms.
• Conduct DBS and reference checks as needed.
• Maintain ATS records and produce monthly recruitment reports.
• Liaise with agencies and manage candidate pipelines.
