Netcompany in the United Kingdom is seeking a Talent Acquisition coordinator to support the recruitment team. You’ll act as a key contact for candidates and internal stakeholders, scheduling interviews and managing communications end to end.

You will write and post adverts, source CVs, and handle recruitment paperwork while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance. The role emphasizes collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers in a hybrid work environment.

Formación

• Experience in an administrative or coordinator role within a recruitment or HR team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft packages such as Excel and SharePoint.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and schedule interviews, managing logistics and communications end to end.
• Write and post job adverts, source CVs and manage recruitment paperwork.
• Support sourcing for technology roles and handle ad hoc project and reporting duties.
• Maintain accurate records in recruitment systems with freelancer documentation.
• Assist managers to follow recruitment guidelines ensuring fair processes.
• Build effective partnerships with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates.
