Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, resourcing or talent acquisition.
• Organised and proactive with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication throughout screening, interviews, offers and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Support high-volume recruitment activity across the UK.
• Screen candidates and assist with initial stages of recruitment.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.
• Support the offer process and onboarding activities.
• Provide recruitment administration support to the TA team.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the journey.
• Collaborate with the team to meet recruitment targets and deliver end-to-end processes.
