BakerHicks in the United Kingdom is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to coordinate recruitment for permanent and contract vacancies, manage activity through our ATS, and deliver a positive candidate experience. You’ll arrange interviews, screen applications, and support hiring managers across early careers recruitment and onboarding updates.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicate with stakeholders at all levels, and quickly become a trusted point of contact.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced environment managing high volumes of information accurately and efficiently.
• Understanding of recruitment processes and the end-to-end candidate journey.
• Experience managing candidates through an Applicant Tracking System; Greenhouse would be an advantage.
• A proactive approach with initiative and the ability to work independently.
• Commitment to delivering an excellent candidate experience and representing the business positively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment for permanent and contract vacancies.
• Manage recruitment activity through our ATS.
• Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience.
• Arrange interviews and manage candidate communications.
• Review and screen applications against role requirements.
• Advertise vacancies across relevant recruitment channels.
• Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate Early Careers recruitment activity.
• Liaise with HR on recruitment and onboarding updates.
