Job summary

Informed Solutions Limited is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team and deliver a smooth recruitment experience. The role is hands-on, organised and proactive, coordinating activity from application through to offer and onboarding.

You will support candidates and hiring managers, manage records in our ATS and help streamline hiring processes while maintaining high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, coordination or similar support role, ideally within a Talent Acquisition function.
• Excellent attention to detail and professional written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage a varied workload and keep stakeholders informed.
• Comfort with handling confidential information and data.
• Proactive, organised and solutions-focused with a drive to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activity, including interview scheduling and candidate communications.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
• Support hiring managers and Talent Acquisition colleagues to keep processes moving.
• Coordinate offers, pre-employment checks and related documentation.
• Assist with job advertising, application management and recruitment campaigns.
• Maintain recruitment data and reporting to provide visibility of pipeline activity.
