A leading national consulting firm is seeking an Early Careers Senior Specialist. This role involves managing the recruitment lifecycle for early careers, ensuring an excellent candidate experience, and collaborating with service line stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in early careers recruitment and strong data management skills. Leading a small team of Early Careers specialists and/or coordinators you will manage the delivery of the end‑to‑end early careers recruitment process supporting the hiring needs for one of our key service lines nationally. You will work with a wide range of key internal stakeholders to deliver the RSM early careers recruitment strategy, ensuring an excellent experience to all involved within the hiring process including internal stakeholders and external applicants. You will manage and support applicants through every stage of the recruitment process, guiding those within your team to do the same, thus familiarising with mentoring, actively supporting colleagues and/or people, experience, both in and out of work.
