Delivering the end-to-end early careers recruitment process for one of our service lines nationally, including forecasting, high volume candidate pipeline management, planning and facilitating virtual assessment centres, final stage interviews, lead assessor debriefs and manage the offer process. Leading a small team of Early Careers specialists and/or coordinators you will manage the delivery of the end‑to‑end early careers recruitment process supporting the hiring needs for one of our key service lines nationally. You will work with a wide range of key internal stakeholders to deliver the RSM early careers recruitment strategy, ensuring an excellent experience to all involved within the hiring process including internal stakeholders and external applicants. You will manage and support applicants through every stage of the recruitment process, guiding those within your team to do the same, thus familiarising with mentoring, actively supporting colleagues and/or people, experience, both in and out of work.
