Job summary

OneSchool Global UK is hiring a Systems Support Officer to join our Business Systems team. You will be part of a small, focused group responsible for ensuring the College’s systems are reliable, effective, and aligned with the business needs of the College.

You will support, administer and develop a range of College business systems and applications, train users, and assist staff and students with the VLE and associated eLearning technology.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training to staff or students.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Clear, methodical approach to tasks and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance, analysis and advice to staff regarding College business systems.
• Develop applications and systems to meet College business needs.
• Support staff and students with the College's VLE and eLearning technology.
