A specialist educational charity in the UK is seeking a proactive Systems and Data Administrator to provide essential systems support. The role requires a strong IT background with experience in systems development and management information systems. You will work in an office-based environment, contributing to the optimization of data and scheduling processes. Ideal candidates will have good problem-solving skills and a commitment to supporting young people facing educational challenges. Competitive salary ranging from £27,000 to £35,000 per annum.

Lapwing delivers a broad range of highly personalised education programmes and projects that are designed to meet the needs of and help realise the aspirations of each young person.
We are recruiting a Systems and Data Administrator to provide systems support and development for our evolving organisation.
This role will suit someone who is pro‑active, able to work on their own initiative and happy to be involved in all aspects of our systems development and maintenance. To be successful you will have had responsibility for the development and maintenance of a Management Information System in a similar sized organisation or transferable systems experience and skills. You will be able to interpret data accurately and apply logic to optimise timetable scheduling and staff utilisation and you will also be a good problem‑solver with good IT knowledge and MIS skills.
This is an office‑based position situated in Martlesham Heath working 37.5 hours per week 52 weeks per year.
