Job summary

iO Associates partners with an innovative healthcare software provider to recruit a Software Trainer in Bath. You will design, update, and deliver training programs that empower clinicians and admin teams to maximize the value of essential digital healthcare platforms.

In this hybrid role, you will lead virtual and in-person sessions, guide new clients through onboarding, and collaborate with sales to prepare go-live events across England.

Qualifications

• Experience as Corporate Trainer, Technical Trainer, SaaS Educator, or Clinical Specialist delivering software or systems training.
• Strong presentation, public speaking, and facilitation skills with ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Willingness to travel across England for on-site training workshops and go-live support.

Responsibilities

• Curriculum, content creation, and maintenance of training modules, video tutorials, and learning resources.
• Deliver training sessions virtually and face-to-face with engaging, clear communication.
• Guide new clients through onboarding and ensure successful platform adoption across varying technical abilities.
• Develop skills assessments, gather user feedback, and continuously improve training materials.
• Collaborate with sales and account management to support software demonstrations and go-live events.
• Autonomously manage your backlog and schedule to deliver high-quality outputs.
