Location – Brandon Gate, Hamilton
Shift Pattern Example: In accordance with a rotational roster, you will work over a four-week shift pattern which consists of two weeks day shift and 2 weeks back shifts. Day shift is 6.30 am until 3.30 pm (during week days - 7am until 4 pm office based) Backshift is 3 pm until 11 pm. When not in the office you will work from home.
We are looking for highly motivated individuals to work as part of a team who will provide a support service to Home Carers working to support vulnerable people living in the community Council wide. This includes scheduling and allocation of work. There is a requirement use IT, and you should have an interest and understanding of IT programmes.

There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the Organisation.
Additional increments for working unsocial hours will also apply.
