Job summary

Hilton London Gatwick, connected to Gatwick South terminal, is seeking a front-of-house associate to operate the hotel switchboard and handle guest calls with professionalism.

You will transfer calls, take messages, and support guest needs in a fast-paced 4-star environment. Strong English skills and customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within a 4-star hotel is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills.
