Job summary

Hilton London Gatwick in Crawley is seeking friendly hospitality colleagues to join the Food & Beverage team. You will serve food and drinks in our outlets in a timely, attentive manner, listen to guests, and build rapport to enhance their stay.

The role requires clear communication, composure under pressure, and teamwork in a fast-paced 4-star hotel. We offer meals on duty, uniform care, staff discounts, and progression opportunities within the Arora group.

Qualifications

• Providing high quality guest service

• Serve food and drinks in our assigned F&B outlets in a friendly and timely manner.
• Taking the time to listen to guests and build natural rapport.
• Make knowledgeable suggestions and recommendations on food and drinks.
• Raise bills and take payment.

• Serve food and drinks in our assigned Food and Beverage outlets in a friendly and timely manner.
• Taking the time to listen to the needs of our guests and building natural rapport.
• Making knowledgeable suggestions and recommendations on the food and drinks that our guests might enjoy.
