Arora group Gatwick-area property is seeking a customer-focused front desk operator to manage the switchboard, greet guests and transfer calls. You will deliver excellent service and maintain a professional presence at the desk in a busy hotel environment.

Excellent communication in English, a calm and organised approach, and experience in a similar 4-star setting are advantages for success in this role.
