Job summary

InterContinental London O2 is looking for a Switchboard Operator who brings a passion for first-class guest service. You will manage incoming calls, triage messages, and transfer inquiries to the right departments, ensuring the start of a memorable guest experience.

We value calm, organized professionals with strong English communication. Prior 5-star hotel experience in a similar role is an advantage, and you’ll join a team dedicated to outstanding hospitality at Greenwich Peninsula.

Qualifications

• A passion for delivering exceptional levels of customer service.
• Calm, efficient and organized.
• Excellent communication skills and high standard of English.
• Listens and responds proactively to guests' needs.
• 5-star hotel experience in a similar role is a real advantage.

Salary – £29,120 plus tronc
