A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Switchboard Operator to be the frontline contact for patients and visitors. This role requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to high service standards. Ideal candidates will demonstrate experience and a positive approach to customer care.
We are recruiting for a Switchboard Operator who shares our vision to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.
Essentially you are an ambassador for the Hospital Trust and the first line of contact for many patients, relatives, visitors, GP's and other organisations (as well as handling internal calls) and we want to ensure the first impression received is positive and of a high standard.
We have 1 permanent position and bank positions available, you will be required to cover the Switchboard Rota across a 7 day week.
