We have an
exciting opportunity for a Hospitality Receptionist to join our team at Chutney
Mary Restaurant.

About Us

MW Eat is a
unique collection of award-winning restaurants, spanning both fine dining
restaurants and brasserie restaurants - widely regarded as among the best of
their type. The fine dining restaurants are Chutney Mary, Veeraswamy and Amaya.
The brasserie restaurants consist of the Masala Zone group. All are situated in
central London.

We pay great

is ongoing in the pursuit of training to the highest standards.

Chutney Mary has been cooking regional Indian
cuisine, from Goa and Kolkata to Mumbai and Peshawar, since the 1990s. This
makes it a true pioneer not just in Indian food in London, but in the city’s
restaurant culture as a whole.The restaurant offers supple, luxurious,
and generous hospitality, allied to a deep understanding of not just India's
cuisines, but of what different diners, from day to day and decade to decade,
want when experiencing them.

The Role

The main
purpose of the role will be to assist the restaurant team by ensuring the
smooth running of service, greeting the guests and answering all queries.

Full-time 35
hours per week.

Key
Responsibilities

  • Deal with enquiries in a polite and
    professional manner
  • Answer calls correctly and
    efficiently
  • Meeting and greeting customers and
    visitors
  • Efficient allocation of seating
    arrangement

Administration
Duties:

  • Update, modify and maintain the
    booking system
  • Inputting information and data by
    adhering to data protection policies
  • General ad-hoc duties when required

Key
Requirements

Approximately 1
- 2 years of experience in a high-end restaurant is preferable

Excellent
communication skills, and total fluency in English are essential

Ability to
prioritise and work to deadlines

Computer
literate with the ability to input data accurately
