The ideal candidate will have a Swim England Level 2 qualification and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include engaging and coaching swimmers of all ages, delivering both individual lessons and group classes, while promoting memberships and explaining the advantages of our facilities. A flexible bank role allows for working hours to suit personal availability.
