Qualifications

• Proven track record for delivering/managing multiple technical building projects.
• Formal Building qualification such as RICs accredited course, BSC, HNC or HND is required.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of larger Damp and Mould case and complex projects.
• Surveying and identifying building defects.
• Completing detailed reports and specification writing.
• Involvement with procurement, tendering and project management.
