What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll support individuals with learning disabilities and / or complex needs to live as independently as possible – making their own choices, staying active, and feeling valued every day.

Your role will include:
  • Providing emotional support and companionship
  • Helping with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, and personal care
  • Supporting people to access community activities and healthcare appointments
  • Monitoring wellbeing and ensuring safety at all times
  • Working closely with families and professionals
What We’re Looking For:
  • A positive, caring attitude – we value personality over experience!
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work sleep‑ins, evenings, and weekends
  • Experience is a plus but not essential – full training provided
  • An interest in promoting independence and inclusion
  • Physically Active and able to Swim is essential for this role.
