Stepping Stone Projects in Preston is seeking a Supported Housing Worker to provide housing management and person-centred support to young people aged 16 to 25, including care leavers and asylum seekers, helping them secure accommodation and access education, training and employment opportunities.

Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts on a 7-day rota between 8:00am and 8:00pm, including weekends and bank holidays

We are seeking an enthusiastic, compassionate and resilient Supported Housing Worker to join our OFSTED-regulated Supported Accommodation service in Preston. This is a rewarding opportunity to support young people aged 16 to 25, including Care Leavers and Asylum Seekers, as they develop the confidence, skills and resilience needed to build successful independent lives.
As a Supported Housing Worker, you will provide a combination of housing management and person-centred support, helping young people maintain safe accommodation, access education, training and employment opportunities, and navigate the challenges that can come with transitioning to adulthood.
You will work alongside colleagues, local authorities and partner agencies to ensure young people receive the practical and emotional support they need to succeed.
