Hightown is looking for a dedicated Support Worker for our Young People’s Housing Services in Radlett. This part-time role covers 22.5 hours per week and pays £16,110 per year (£13.77 per hour).
You will help young people, including separated migrant children, build confidence, life skills and greater independence. You will work day and evening shifts (7am-3pm and 2pm-10pm), must have a Full UK driving licence with business insurance and access to a vehicle, and you will need to obtain DBS

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? We are looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join our Young People's Services team, supporting young people, including separated migrant children, to build confidence, develop life skills and achieve greater independence.
You are caring, adaptable and committed to helping young people thrive. You communicate well, value inclusion and teamwork, and can manage boundaries and workload independently. A passion for learning and development is essential.
Please note:
This role involves working with young people, including those aged 16 and 17. The successful candidate must always maintain appropriate professional boundaries and understand their responsibilities in relation to positions of trust.
All appointments are subject to satisfactory right to work, enhanced DBS, reference and medical clearances. Successful candidates will be required to join the DBS Update Service, with the subscription cost reimbursed by Hightown.
