As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in helping their residents take meaningful steps toward independence. You’ll manage a caseload of residents, guiding them through referrals, interviews, and assessments with empathy and professionalism. Once they join the service, you’ll be their key point of contact—welcoming them, building trust, and delivering tailored support through both one-to-one and group sessions. Every interaction will be focused on outcomes, empowerment, and helping people realise their full potential.

What you’ll bring

  • Integrity and professionalism, with a clear understanding of boundaries and safeguarding.

Appointment to this role will be subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service Check, satisfactory references and possession of a valid Right to Work document.
