Job summary

The Bridge Homelessness to Hope in Leicester is seeking a compassionate Supported Housing Project Manager to oversee day-to-day delivery of housing provision, manage staff, review tenant progress and maintain safety standards.

You will work closely with the Operations Manager to develop new projects and translate strategic plans into actionable work plans, with a focus on compassionate, professional housing support.

Qualifications

• Experience in line management and appraisals.
• Understanding of safeguarding and working with vulnerable people.
• Compassionate, patient approach with strong communication.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Housing Support Workers and monitor caseloads.
• Conduct regular coaching, appraisals, induction and wellbeing activities.
• Handle performance issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
• Assist with recruitment, advertising, short-listing and interviewing.
