Bridge-It Housing in Leeds is seeking a permanent Housing Support Worker to make a real difference in people’s lives. The role is full-time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.
You will provide client guidance, access services, and coordinate support with partners, with a person-centred approach and good record-keeping. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential; DBS check required; salary £26,500 per year.
