Qualifications

• Experience as Service Manager in housing or homelessness support preferred.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage safeguarding responsibilities.
• Strong organisational and budget-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of support workers to deliver high-quality sessions for individuals facing homelessness.
• Manage and develop a high-performance culture through regular 1:1s, objectives, and appraisals.
• Support knowledge development and ensure alignment with organisational policies and budgets.
• Fulfil line management responsibilities including annual leave and sickness management with strong leadership.
• Ensure service and property compliance and health & safety standards are maintained, escalating issues promptly.
• Monitor contract performance and strive to meet or exceed targets.
• Maintain safeguarding oversight and engage with external stakeholders and case reviews as appropriate.
• Support rent management and welfare benefit queries to maximise rental income.
