The Housing Network in Leicester is seeking an experienced Supported Housing Manager to lead a team delivering high quality support to individuals facing homelessness. The role is based on-site and offers a salary of £40,000 per annum.

You will manage performance, oversee safeguarding, rent management, and welfare benefit queries, ensuring compliance across services and properties while working within our values and policies.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management skills required.
• Experience delivering support to vulnerable individuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of support workers to deliver high quality support sessions for individuals facing homelessness.
• Manage performance through regular 1:1s, objectives and appraisals, providing additional support where necessary.
• Oversee safeguarding matters and engage with external stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Support rent management and welfare benefit queries to maximise rental income.
• Ensure service and property compliance and health & safety are maintained at appropriate levels.
