A community charity based in High Wycombe is seeking a Supported Housing Worker to provide essential housing support to vulnerable residents. The role involves developing support plans, engaging residents, and promoting their wellbeing while maintaining key performance metrics. Ideal candidates should possess relevant qualifications and experience with vulnerable populations, as well as strong communication skills. This full-time position requires shifts between 08:00 and 22:00, including weekends and holidays.

As part of our rapidly expanding team of more than 100 employees, we are now recruiting a Supported Housing Worker to join our High Wycombe service.
This role requires flexibility, including working shifts in line with the rota set by the line manager and the needs of our service users.
