A leading disability support organization is looking for a Supported Employment Coach to work in Bristol and South Gloucestershire. The role involves assisting individuals with learning disabilities and autism in achieving their employment goals. Responsibilities include leading the expansion of a transformative employment program and collaborating with employers to promote workplace diversity. The ideal candidate will be passionate about inclusion and possess experience in coaching. A competitive salary and extensive benefits are offered, including 33 days of annual holiday and professional development opportunities.
Location: Home-based with travel across Bristol & South Gloucestershire
Salary: £27,000 per annum plus benefits
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours (flexible working)
Contract: Ongoing contract with excellent job security
