A leading disability support service is seeking a Supported Employment Coach to work with individuals with learning disabilities in Oxfordshire. This role involves fostering inclusive workplaces and supporting career aspirations. Ideal candidates will have experience in coaching and a dedication to inclusion. Responsibilities include working with employers and leading expansion efforts. Competitive salary and benefits included.
Location: Home-based with travel across Oxfordshire, Bicester and Banbury (travel to other meetings and events excluded).
Contract: 1-year fixed-term contract, with potential for extension dependent on future funding.
Salary: £27,000 per annum plus benefits.
Annual Holiday: 33 days (incl. bank holidays) with potential increase to 41 days with long service (1 extra day per year of service).
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours (flexible working).
