Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role :

Who You Will Be Supporting? The people we support in this service are aged from 18-60. They require emotional support and have mental health difficulties. We have a team of support worker from all different backgrounds, some have many years of experience in Health & Social Care and some that came to us with absolutely no experience at all. All we ask is that you are kind, compassionate and willing to learn. Everything else we are happy to train you in.

What is important to us?

We enjoy doing different activities such as being out and about in the community, going shopping, going for coffee, we love going out for food, going to the pub and doing meaningful activates. We look forward to trying new things and going to other services and events organised by Community Integrated Care. The people supported here would describe themselves as a fun, happy and a friendly bunch! They enjoy having staff with them who are outgoing, kind, caring, friendly and have the ability to think outside of the box.
