We offer a range of day services, respite care, supported living, and community and carer support, helping people to live their lives, their way. We are passionate about supporting people to achieve their own personal goals, dreams, and ambitions.

We would like to welcome enthusiastic and motivated Support Workers to join our Supported Living team in Salford. We specialise in supporting individuals with a combination of complex care needs such as epilepsy, diabetes and physical disabilities and people who require support with emotions and behaviour including those on the autism spectrum. If you are looking for a rewarding, exciting and enjoyable career then this could be the role for you.

We strive to enable the people we support to have independence, opportunities, and choice in their everyday living experience. Our goal is to support individuals in fulfilling their potential, using their natural talents, and abilities so they can enjoy the best quality of life.

A typical week often includes a variety of interesting activities, you could find yourself supporting someone to see the latest theatre extravaganza, heading off for a day out, visiting parks, going swimming, having a lunch out, going to the cinema, going to concerts, attending drama classes, feeding Lama’s, local events, and much more.

Some people we support require assistance with personal care and daily living tasks. Compassion to enhance quality of life and wellbeing is essential, this may include supporting with health appointments and health deterioration.

You don’t need to have previous experience or qualifications in health and social care. We are looking for people to join our diverse work team and bring their personalities into the workplace. We will provide all the training and support you will need to become an excellent support worker.

You will need to have a positive attitude, professionalism, compassion, a caring nature, and core values that match our own!

Our support workers are required to work flexibly, with various shift patterns. This can include day shifts and night shifts and may involve weekends and bank holidays. We are open to discussing shifts to work around your current commitments or responsibilities, depending on business needs.
