A support services provider in Milnrow is seeking Support Workers to assist individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. The role offers a full-time position paying £12.60 per hour, with responsibilities including providing emotional support and promoting independence among service users. The ideal candidate should be caring, compassionate, and a good team player. No previous experience in care is necessary. Flexible working hours are available.
We are Eden Futures, and we deliver exceptional support services for people aged 18 and over who have learning disabilities, autism, mental ill health and associated complex needs. We are recruiting Support Workers to join the team across our Supported Living Services, supporting individuals in their own homes as well as out in the community, helping them to live as independently as possible.
Roles are paid at an hourly rate £12.60, equating to an annual salary of £27,518.40 based on a 42‑hour working week. The annual salary shown is a per‑annum equivalent for illustration purposes only. National Living Wage applies and will be pro‑rated based on hours worked. This is a full‑time contracted position. We are flexible regarding working hours/shifts – giving you the flexibility to work around commitments you may already have.
