Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities.
• UK Valid Driver's License with access to own car.
• Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Encourage people to play active roles in their communities.
• Support activities of daily living including personal care and meal preparation.
• Keep accurate records and report changes to management.
