Are you passionate about changing lives and supporting people into employment?

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated CFO Hub Support Worker to manage and support a caseload of individuals with complex needs, helping them overcome barriers and progress into education, training, and sustainable employment.

In this dynamic role, you will work across community hubs and pop-up satellite locations, delivering engaging interventions, coordinating hub activities, and providing intensive, person-centred support. You will build strong relationships with employers, training providers, and local support services, while ensuring accurate data recording and achievement tracking.
