A residential care provider in West Yorkshire is seeking a passionate Support Worker to assist young adults with profound and multiple learning disabilities. This role involves providing personal care, engaging in community activities, and fostering strong relationships with clients and their families. Candidates should possess a positive and caring attitude, with the flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends. Comprehensive training will be provided, and all are encouraged to apply regardless of prior experience.

Our goal is to ensure the people we support live as independently as possible and have access to community activities. As a staff team we often say "today has to be the best day of their lives!".

All training and support is provided as well as a learning packed induction period. To meet the needs of our adults, our Support Worker teams work a variety of shift patterns and hours, however we do ask that you are able to work from 7am or until 9 : 30pm at night depending on your weekly rota. Rotas are issued in advance, and your 4-week rota will follow a pattern, so you can always plan ahead for your days off. Shifts are typically 7.5hrs to 12.5hrs in length, including weekends.
Your days at Hollybank will be as varied as the people we support, however your typical day to day role will include :
Experience is welcome, but not essential, as all training will be given. You do not need to be a driver to apply for this role.

If the candidate does not have a DBS, Hollybank will pay for the DBS check. If the candidate leaves voluntarily in their first 12 months, £58.50 will be deducted from their final salary payment.
