Job summary

HRString is recruiting for care support workers in the UK, providing compassionate in-home care to service users under supervision of registered staff. The role involves monitoring health indicators, assisting with daily living activities, meal preparation, and maintaining dignity and confidentiality.

Candidates with care experience are welcome; full training will be provided. You must reside in the UK with valid right to work to be considered.

• Previous care experience is welcomed but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform health-care related tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication, under the direction of registered nurses and physiotherapists.
• Administer bedside and personal care, such as ambulation and personal hygiene assistance.
• Advise, support and/or attend in the appropriate personal care of Service Users
• Advise, support and or undertake the planning, preparation, cooking and serving of meals
• Support or undertake household duties such as washing & ironing etc.
• Maintain Service Users confidentiality, respect, privacy and dignity always
• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor.
