Job summary

HRString is a well-established domiciliary care provider in the UK, committed to excellence and quality of care for service users. We are recruiting care support workers located in the UK, including Wales and Barry.

The role involves monitoring health needs, personal care, meal preparation, light household duties and maintaining confidentiality. Training will be provided, and prior care experience is welcomed. A valid right to work in the UK is essential.

Qualifications

• Essential requirement: You must be a resident in the UK and have a valid right to work.
• Previous care experience is welcome but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform health-care related tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication, under the direction of registered nurses and physiotherapists.
• Administer bedside and personal care, such as ambulation and personal hygiene assistance.
• Advise, support and attend in the appropriate personal care of Service Users.
• Advise, support and undertake the planning, preparation, cooking and serving of meals.
• Support or undertake household duties such as washing & ironing etc.
• Maintain Service Users confidentiality, respect, privacy and dignity always.
• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor.
