Job summary

HRString is recruiting for care support workers in the UK. The role involves providing personal and health-care assistance to service users under supervision, with training provided as needed.

You will support daily living activities, meal preparation, and household chores while upholding confidentiality and dignity. Residence in the UK with valid right to work is essential; prior care experience is welcomed.

• Previous care experience welcomed, but full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform health-care related tasks under supervision (monitoring vital signs, medication).
• Administer bedside and personal care (ambulation, hygiene).
• Assist in personal care planning and supports for service users.
• Plan, prepare, cook and serve meals for service users as required.
• Support household tasks (washing, ironing, etc.).
• Maintain confidentiality, privacy and dignity of service users.
• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed.

We are currently recruiting for the role of care support workers

Some of the job duties include:

• Perform health-care related tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication, under the direction of registered nurses and physiotherapists.
• Administer bedside and personal care, such as ambulation and personal hygiene assistance.
• Advise, support and/or attend in the appropriate personal care of Service Users
• Advise, support and or undertake the planning, preparation, cooking and serving of meals
• Support or undertake household duties such as washing & ironing etc.
• Maintain Service Users confidentiality, respect, privacy and dignity always
• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor.

Essential requirement: You must be a residence in the UK and have a valid right to work.

Previous care experience is greatly welcomed but training will be provided.
