Job summary

HRString is a well-established domiciliary care provider recruiting for the role of care support workers in the UK. You must be located in the UK with a valid right to work.

Previous care experience is welcomed, with training provided to new staff. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, basic bedside and personal care, meal assistance, household tasks, and maintaining client confidentiality and dignity.

Qualifications

• Experience in care is welcoming but training will be provided.
• Personal care tasks include monitoring, hygiene and mobility assistance.

Responsibilities

• Perform health-care related tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication, under the direction of registered nurses and physiotherapists.
• Administer bedside and personal care, such as ambulation and personal hygiene assistance.
• Advise, support and/or attend in the appropriate personal care of Service Users.
• Advise, support and or undertake the planning, preparation, cooking and serving of meals.
• Support or undertake household duties such as washing & ironing etc.
• Maintain Service Users confidentiality, respect, privacy and dignity always.
• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor.
