Job summary

Hrstring LTD. is recruiting for the role of care support workers in the UK. Candidates must be located in the UK with valid right to work and may have prior care experience; training will be provided to support you in delivering high-quality personal and health-care assistance.

Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs where directed, assisting with daily living activities, meal preparation, housekeeping tasks, and maintaining confidentiality and dignity for service users.

Qualifications

• UK resident with valid right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Previous care experience is welcomed; training will be provided.
• Personal Care, Communication Skills, Compassion and Empathy, Safeguarding are essential attributes.

• Administer bedside and personal care, such as ambulation and hygiene assistance.
• Advise, support and/or attend in the personal care of Service Users.
• Assist in planning, preparation, cooking and serving of meals.
• Support household duties such as washing & ironing.
• Maintain client confidentiality, respect, privacy and dignity.
• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and report changes to manager.

We are currently recruiting for the role of care support workers

Some of the job duties include:

• Perform health-care related tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication, under the direction of registered nurses and physiotherapists.
• Administer bedside and personal care, such as ambulation and personal hygiene assistance.
• Advise, support and/or attend in the appropriate personal care of Service Users
• Advise, support and or undertake the planning, preparation, cooking and serving of meals
• Support or undertake household duties such as washing & ironing etc.
• Maintain Service Users confidentiality, respect, privacy and dignity always
• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor.

Essential requirement: You must be a residence in the UK and have a valid right to work.

Previous care experience is greatly welcomed but training will be provided.
