Job summary

Hrstring LTD. is seeking a care support worker in the UK to join a dedicated domiciliary care team. The role focuses on delivering compassionate personal care and supporting service users in their daily lives.

You must be located in the UK with a valid right to work. Prior care experience is welcomed, and relevant training will be provided to help you grow in this vital role. Strong communication and safeguarding mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform health-care related tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication, under the direction of registered nurses and physiotherapists.
• Administer bedside and personal care, such as ambulation and personal hygiene assistance.
• Advise, support and/or attend in the appropriate personal care of Service Users.
• Advise, support and undertake the planning, preparation, cooking and serving of meals.
• Support or undertake household duties such as washing & ironing etc.
• Maintain Service Users confidentiality, respect, privacy and dignity always.
• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor.
